This exciting project in the centre of Cardiff transformed an old, industrial building into award winning luxury apartments. The contemporary, chic styling of this development is perfect for Cardiff’s most up and coming district. To ensure the building’s exterior complemented the modern interior design, as well as its industrial past, we used aluminium windows and doors. These replicate the look of old steel windows, maintaining the appearance of a Victorian warehouse, but with a contemporary update. Combining the aluminium elements with market leading uPVC windows ensured the perfect balance of style, performance and affordability. We’re delighted to say that this project won the 2019 Cardiff Residential Development Award.
