The proposed development for this project provides a new two storey teaching building, sports hall and sixth form centre to replace existing buildings. The client’s aim was to create a safe and secure environment whilst upgrading the building’s functionality and longevity.
The design was developed using different architectural elements. They wanted to create a more natural and subtle appearance to complement the existing school’s appearance. This was executed by using aluminium in customised colours for curtain walling and a large range of windows.
