City Heights Student Accommodation

We were approached to create an eye-catching and functional building containing state-of-the-art studio spaces perfect for students. In fact, the studios in City Heights are the largest ones the city has to offer. As well as individual studios, the accommodation was also fitted with a gym, TV area and recreation space. Using aluminium curtain wall and shopfront from Smart meant that we could ensure a contemporary look that suits the modern, vibrant character of central Cardiff. Combining these features with the numerous windows, the space is filled with light, creating a bright and open atmosphere that is perfect for studying and relaxing. It goes without saying that we think City Heights has been a fantastic success, especially after it was described as ‘the perfect student accommodation’.
