BWM Offers Reassurance to Customers
Following the First Minister’s statement that Wales will go into a lockdown, the BWM team wanted to give our customers full confidence that we are taking the safety and security of our staff and customers very seriously.
In-line with the latest guidelines and those of Certass, BWM will continue to carry out installations within our customer’s homes. We will be making sure to offer home visit sales appointments to those who want to discuss their project at any time.
When a member of the BWM team visits your home, they will take the safety of you and your home seriously. Our team member will always wear a face mask, bring his own anti-bac spray and hand sanitiser, and where possible, will measure outside the property. Although we like a good refreshment, we will make sure to bring our own tea and sandwiches to an installation.

BWMS’s Reaction to the First Minister’s Statement
Following the First Ministers statement that Wales will go into a “fire-break” lockdown from 6pm on Friday, October 23 until Monday, November 9, the BWM team would like to provide some reassurance to our customers.
BWM, in-line with government guidelines and those of Certass, will continue to carry out installations in our customer’s homes. We will also be still offering home visit sales appointments to customers who want to discuss their project face-to-face. Customers can get a quote at any time by clicking the Start Your Quote button on our site, and our team can be contacted as normal by phone.
During this period, our showroom will be closed to customers until Tuesday, November 10.
The BWM team hopes that our customers stay safe and would like to thank them for their understanding during these uncertain times.

BWM’s Reassurance for COVID-19
The BWM team is pleased to update our customers with some positive news. From Monday, June 22, we will be restarting the residential side of our business, following Government guidelines closely.
From Monday, our showroom will re-open but through appointment only. This will allow our customers and our team to maintain social distancing measures. Our team will be wearing PPE and continuously wiping down door and window handles after each customer to ensure no germs are spread.
Throughout lockdown, our commercial department has been operating as normal with social distancing measures taking place. Commercial orders will continue as they previously had been.
We have carried out risk assessments to ensure our installation team can work safely in people’s homes. All members of our team are fitted with the PPE they require and working in-line with the government’s latest advice.
The BWM team hopes our customers have stayed safe and would like to thank you for your understanding and patience during this tough time.
